Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you adequate time to inspect your materials and ensure they meet your project requirements.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be in original, unopened packaging
  • All tags and labels must be intact
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or order confirmation is required

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain landscaping materials, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons:

  • Bagged Mulch (opened bags)
  • Soil & Soil Amendments (opened bags)
  • Pine Needle & Mulch Dyes
  • Landscaping Rock (bulk materials)
  • Any products that have been installed, used, or altered

We recommend carefully reviewing product specifications before purchasing these items.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging
  5. Ship Returns: Send the package to our address (provided with your RMA)
  6. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective products. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement items.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to process
  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
